Terms of Use

Use WorxAI lawfully and follow published limits, payment requirements, and provider rules. You are responsible for credentials, wallet activity, requests, and confirming that data is suitable for your use. If you use the WorxAI Gateway without purchasing or licensing the underlying dataset, you owe a gateway fee equal to 1.5% of the gross value of the data payload or other assets held, routed, or processed through the Gateway. The applicable valuation, settlement timing, reporting, and any minimums or exclusions must be stated in the applicable order or commercial agreement. The service is provided as available; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
