Use the service only lawfully, with permission, and in accordance with published API limits and payment requirements. You are responsible for credentials, wallet activity, requests submitted by your systems, and confirming that data is suitable for your use.

## Data and availability
Synthetic datasets are clearly labeled and are not representations of real financial activity. Service descriptions, availability, pricing, and delivery estimates may change. No financial, investment, compliance, security, or performance outcome is promised.

## Intellectual property
The WORXAI.TECH name, marks, software, documentation, designs, and content are reserved to the rights holder unless a separate written license says otherwise. No patent rights are granted or implied.

## Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holder disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer and other non-waivable protections remain unaffected.

## Governing law
This notice is jurisdiction-neutral. Mandatory laws and rights applicable to your location, transaction, or relationship control where they cannot lawfully be waived.
