# WORXAI.TECH launch blueprint

## Positioning

WORXAI.TECH is an agent-first data gateway: autonomous systems discover a pipeline, authorize a request, and receive protected data through a verifiable payment flow.

Lead with a precise promise: agents can discover permitted data products, pay per request using open standards, and receive verifiable responses. Use synthetic data only in clearly labeled demos; never present it as real financial activity.

## Launch sequence

1. Publish the API reference, OpenAPI schema, LLM manifests, registry, and `/api/gateway/discovery` link together.
2. Share a short Farcaster demo showing discovery, signed procurement, and the returned dataset shape.
3. Publish an X thread focused on the protocol: agent identity, replay protection, credit controls, and Base settlement.
4. Invite developers to run the public example client against a test wallet; never request or publish private keys.
5. Ask early users to report failed requests, unclear payload fields, and pipeline ideas through the repository issue flow.

## Farcaster

- Publish a short demo thread showing discovery, an exact `/v2/ledger` request, payment authorization, and the returned schema.
- Link to `/API_REFERENCE.md`, `/llms-full.txt`, and `/pipeline-registry.json`.
- Invite builders to test the MCP server and report schema or accessibility issues.

## X

- Post a concise product video or terminal capture with one request and one response.
- Follow with technical details: typed authorization, replay protection, idempotent settlement, and documented health endpoints.
- Avoid unsupported performance, revenue, compliance, or customer claims.

## GitHub developer outreach

- Publish an issue template for integration feedback and a minimal client example.
- Tag releases with changelogs and keep API contracts versioned.
- Ask for reproducible bug reports rather than unsolicited scraping or mass outreach.

Track documentation clicks, discovery requests, valid procurement attempts, successful authorizations, settlement completion, repeat agent wallets, and developer feedback. Do not collect wallet identifiers or request payloads beyond the minimum needed for security and operations, and do not treat synthetic records or page visits as product revenue.

## Synthetic dataset

The exact pipeline `/v2/synthetic-financial-events` is the only pipeline permitted to synchronously seed deterministic demo records. Repeated requests are idempotent; unrelated pipelines remain read-only. The seed table must be created through the normal database migration process before enabling this demo in production.
